1. From the Admin console,go to Users.
  2. Above the Users list, click Add a filter and choose User status.
  3. Check the Suspended box and click Apply.
  4. In the Users list, click the suspended user’s name to go to their account page.Find this option at the top of the user list
  5. At the top right, click Reactivate.
  6. Click Reactivate to confirm.
